Hello, I’m Alastair Boyd, a wildlife photographer originally from Kenya and now based in Cornwall, UK.
Growing up in the East African bush sparked a lifelong passion for the natural world, which has taken me from tracking tigers in Nepal to photographing jaguars in Brazil.
I trained at the New York Institute of Photography and have spent years refining my craft through travel, patience, and a deep respect for wildlife.
My work is driven by a desire to capture the raw beauty and fragility of the wild — not just to document it, but to tell its story.
Whether deep in the rainforest or on the Cornish coast, I aim to create images that inspire awe, raise awareness, and remind us of our connection to the natural world.
